Providing business the value of looking at Out-of-the-box capabilities vs. custom development work.
Strong advocate to make sure that system is being designed for ease of future platform upgrades.
Experience designing and implementing API’s using Enterprise Service Bus tools like IBM’s IIB.
Knowledge of the Insurance Data Model that comes with Pega and can help drive solutions that leverage the foundation of the data model.
Lead the development resources to build a scalable solution for performance and quality.
Pega version 7.4 Minimum, 8.1 knowledge is a Plus.
