Previously, Rena co-founded Aspark (sold to LiquidHub, subsequently acquired by CapGemini) and was on the Executive team of Mphasis until 2011.

He has built and taken to market products that solve business problems across a range of industries including financial services, life sciences and manufacturing. An expert in the application of AI, NLP and Analytics, a lifelong learner, Rajesh is passionate about mentoring young talent. Meenal is passionate about helping others realize their own potential. At Meytier, she heads Global Operations and Customer Success across all functions and brings in best practices to support the company’s rapid growth. Throughout her career in HR, Meenal’s business acumen and her focus on strong execution have helped create impactful people organizations.

Rose Walsh leads Strategic Initiatives for Meytier Inc. Her areas of research include Gender Diversity, Talent Marketing, Hiring Bias, the Gender Data Gap, and Artificial Intelligence introduced bias. She works with Meytier’s clients to create effective talent and job marketing strategies by highlighting their company’s commitment to diversity and finding the right candidates to join their workforce. Jeroen Tas is an innovation leader who applies his entrepreneurship, experience in large scale digital transformation and expertise in information technology (Cloud, AI, IoT, cybersecurity) to transform and grow businesses.
