Role and Responsibilities

  • 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Knowledge of use of jobs portals would be a plus.
  • Fulfil client requisitions across sales, tech, non-tech and techno-functional roles globally and other locations as required
  • Identify relevant talent pools, generate pipeline for open roles.
  • Adhere to strict timelines for closing requisitions
  • Ensure a compelling, engaging candidate experience that helps to strengthen our brand
