As a Program Manager, you’ll be expected to support one or more programs, within one of the KPMG International Portfolios (i.e. Audit, Tax, Advisory QRM etc). You may also be responsible for leading several projects within that portfolio as the project manager.
Program Managers are responsible for planning, governance and overseeing the successful delivery of the programs output, to ensure alignment against programs goals.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Depending on the type of Services used, we collect different types of personal information from you. Our Services are available to prospective employers (collectively “Employer”), to persons seeking employment or who register for or participate in our Services and offerings (collectively “Candidate”). We primarily obtain personal information about candidates that is required by us and our employer partners to identify the Candidate having the right mix of skill, background, experience, and talent or to otherwise to make the right hiring decisions.

Meytier makes content provided by employers about their business, offices, culture and their commitment to diversity available to users on the site for the purpose of providing hiring services.
Social media information. You may choose to log on to the Website or to other Services using a third-party social media or authentication provider service, such as LinkedIn. If you do so, we may from time to time collect all or only certain public Information from social media providers or third-party websites, including your username, email address, and publicly available profile information, such as your public profile URL, profile photo, connections, industry, and location, as well as other information associated with your social media account, that is made available by the social media/authentication provider terms of service.
Surveys. From time to time, we may ask our users to voluntarily participate in surveys, contests, promotions, and sweepstakes which may involve the collection of other personal information.
Other information collected automatically through our Services. We may also collect information automatically through our Services such as but not limited to your IP address, domain name, your location, your ISP, the date and time of your visit to the Website or Mobile Application, your use of the Services during your current session and over time (including the pages you view and the files you download), your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system and browser type, and your software and hardware attributes (including device IDs). Fulfilling the terms of any agreement you have with us, respond to your requests, or otherwise complete a transaction that you initiate.
Sending you transactional communications (such as account confirmations and notifications) or promotional and marketing communications
Reviewing, evaluating, and verifying the credentials and experience of candidates, including thorough screenings and reference checks
Posting job notices and other company information for Employers
Transmitting or redirecting users’ job applications to Employers
Sending administrative communications related to the Services
Communicating with users through email notices, newsletters, and updates, including promotional communications about topics, products, jobs, and services that we believe will be of interest to users
Administering surveys, contests, or promotions
Enabling users to post on our blog and to interact with Meytier through social media
Engaging in analysis and research concerning the Services, improving users’ experiences with the Services, and otherwise enhancing the quality of our products and services
Building and training data science models to help find better matches between employer requirements and candidates
Helping candidates better represent their skills and achievements
Improving user experience with our Services and for other purposes related to the delivery and performance of our services
Creating custom experience for users and tailoring our Services to each user’s interests and preferences

To third-party service providers. We might use third-party service providers to help us manage and improve the Services. We will provide these parties with only the information they need to perform their services and work closely with them to ensure that your privacy is respected and protected. These service providers may collect and/or use your information, including Personal Information, to assist us in achieving the purposes discussed in this Privacy Policy. Sanitized or aggregated information. We also may share sanitized or aggregated information about the numbers, types, or origins of users who submit job applications on the sites of our business partners or who click on our business partners’ links on the Services (such as a job posting or article).

Introduction
Meytier Inc. is a Delaware corporation headquartered in New York, NY (“Meytier”). We (Meytier) have designed an AI-based and analytics-powered platform that seeks to eliminate unintended, unconscious bias to help women find career opportunities with employers that are committed to diversity. We match candidates with the right job opportunities and guide them through the job search process. We enable enterprises to provide their company overview,showcase their commitment to diversity, and to list the open jobs on the Meytier platform. These enterprises may also engage Meytier for search and placement services.
By creating an account or otherwise using the Services (as defined below) in any manner, you (the “User”) are above 16 years of age. You are entering into a legally binding agreement with Meytier under these Terms of Use or interchangeably, Terms of Service (collectively “Terms”). The Terms also include our Privacy Policy which by this reference is incorporated herein. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy which contains information and notices concerning Meytier’s collection and use of an User’s personal and non-personal information. Please note that by agreeing to the Terms you are also agreeing to be bound by the provisions of our Privacy Policy.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the collective term “Services” shall mean one or more of the following services rendered by Meytier: (1) Assist women in improving their profiles; (2) Assist women find job opportunities; (3) Assist women apply for jobs online; (4) Provide job board (one per company), job listings, and web pages for companies; (5) Using Meytier’s proprietary scoring and Intelligent Matching engine, help in expanding the pipeline for women candidates who make it through initial screening; (6) Provide assistance in additional expansion of pipeline by way of alternative sourcing through networks and social media; (7) Provide search services for women candidates for full-time/contract hire at enterprises.
For Employers who have entered into a separate paid Master Services Agreement with Meytier, the terms of that MSA will control for such of the MSA provisions which conflict with these Terms.
By clicking on the “I Agree” button below, you will be given access to browse our Meytier website (“Website”), or to complete the registration process. However, you first represent that (1) you have read and understood the Terms, and that you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service, (2) you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Meytier, and (3) you have the authority to personally agree into the Terms of Service or that you are authorized to represent the company or other organization you have named as the user, and to bind that entity to these Terms.
Modifications
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion with or without notice. The most current version of these Terms will be posted on Website. If you choose not to create or to not continue to maintain a Meytier Account, you may still access certain features as a visitor to our website. You are reminded however that your access and use of the Services, whether as a visitor or as a Meytier Account holder, is subject to these Terms.
Your Meytier Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only and you must provide complete and accurate information when creating such an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information, including any usernames or passwords, and are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Meytier Account. You may not create an account for someone else or allow someone else to use your Meytier Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any actual or suspected unauthorized access to your Meytier account, or use of your username or password, or any other breach of security related to your Meytier Account. If your Meytier Account has been canceled by us, or if you have been removed or otherwise been blocked from the Website for any reason in our sole discretion, you may not continue to avail of the Services.
You may cancel your Meytier Account at any time by sending an email to contactus@meytier.com. If your Meytier Account is cancelled, we have no obligation to maintain, delete, or return to you any of the account’s content or other personal information you may have posted through your use of the Services unless you specifically request such deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy At the time you register an account and at any time thereafter, your account may be subject to regular verification, including but not limited to, validation against third-party databases, or for identity verification through government databases including security agencies (e.g. FBI). Job Applications
Meytier allows professionals to get an overview of employers that are committed to diversity, browse open positions, and apply for jobs. Job postings on our Website allow Meytier Account holders to complete and submit job applications directly through our Website. Other job postings on our Website may re-direct you to the applicable employer’s career page where you will be able to submit an application without creating a Meytier Account. Additionally, although we are not obligated to, we may provide you with the option within your Meytier Account to save information relating to applying for jobs such as a favorite list of employers, job openings to apply for later, uploading a resume, cover letter, or other professional information. The collection of any such information is governed by our Privacy Policy – share hyperlink Privacy Policy.
Links to Third-Party Websites
The Website may direct you via hyperlinks or in some other manner to third-party websites that are not owned or maintained by Meytier. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT MEYTIER MERELY PROVIDES A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM. MEYTIER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HIRING DECISIONS AND HAS NO INFLUENCE OVER ANY POTENTIAL EMPLOYER. EVERY EMPLOYER HAS SOLE CONTROL AND AUTHORITY OVER ALL HIRING DECISIONS.
Services & Payment terms
The Services described above include a variety of products and services that are free to use (“Free Services”) as well as certain products and services that require payment (“Paid Services”). We reserve the right to move any Free Service to the Paid Services column at any time, or to revise the price for Paid Services at any time. If you purchase any of our Paid Services, you agree to pay us all applicable fees and other applicable taxes (see below). You hereby authorize Meytier to collect fees for Paid Services either directly or for the sake of convenience via a third-party payment processor. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of the applicable Paid Service. If you are directed to a third-party payment processor, you may be subject to terms and conditions governing the use of that third-party’s service and that third-party’s personal information collection practices.
Please note that Meytier is not liable for any bank fees, foreign exchange fees, or differences in prices based on location. Meytier or its third-party payment processor may store and continue charging you for your ongoing use of Paid Services (e.g., your credit card), or for other Paid Services that you may buy.
User Content & License
You provide Meytier with the unabridged right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any content or information you include in creating, or in maintaining your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Meytier allows you to use the Services and post content for a variety of purposes. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, regulations, and tax obligations that may apply to your use of the Services. In connection with your use of the Services, you agree that you will not:
Violate any local, state, provincial, national, or other law or regulation, or any order of a court.
