Seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales
Lead to sell design services, including user experience design related to digital
products and website strategy and design. Join our energetic team at Orion, a

Key Responsibilities:
Experience Design (XD) Sales Lead for
Orion’s Experience Design practice
Works closely with Vertical heads to sell
user experience design and mine opportunities
Must have a strong understanding of
design, UX/CX design, as well as a general understanding of technology
Builds business by identifying and selling
prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Identifies business opportunities by
identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;
researching and analyzing sales options.
Sells User Experience Design services by
establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; having the
initial conversations with prospects
Monitors pipeline and makes cold calls
Maintains relationships with clients by
providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new
opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new
products/services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities,
and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing,
and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing
and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional, design, and
technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional
publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art
practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related
results as needed.
