Seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Lead to sell design services, including user experience design related to digital products and website strategy and design. Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience Design (XD) Sales Lead for Orion’s Experience Design practice
  • Works closely with Vertical heads to sell user experience design and mine opportunities
  • Must have a strong understanding of design, UX/CX design, as well as a general understanding of technology
  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells User Experience Design services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; having the initial conversations with prospects
  • Monitors pipeline and makes cold calls
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products/services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional, design, and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Understands the sales process
  • Follows trends in the creative/design world, has an outside view of CX/UX trends within Business
  • Understand User Experience Space
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

Education and Licensing Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing or business administration preferred
  • At least 5 years of industry sales experience
  • 1-3 years of management experience
  • Strategic leadership ability
