Key Responsibilities:
Liaison with client business and technology counterparts to understand requirements, define solution approach, estimate effort and plan implementation of changes and enhancements Design and Develop changes to InsuranceNow and other impacted subsystems Lead the managed services team, assign work, review code quality and ensure timely delivery of error free code. Identify and communicate risks and issues. Provide technical mitigation approaches, escalate potential schedule delays, scope creep, quality concerns etc. Establish design, code and testing best practices and guidelines Help in recruitment and training of resources Requirements:
5+ years’ experience on Guidewire development including Insurance Now Experience in InsuranceNow product configuration and customization Good knowledge in Web services, XML Insurance domain knowledge with focus on Property & Casualty Insurance Experience on any RDBMS product and well versed in SQL Experience working in Agile environment Proficient in estimation, technical design, and code review Good communication skills
