The role requires an expert ability to manage expectations\nand dependencies across multiple development teams – client teams, internal\nteams, and third-party teams.&nbsp; With a strong background in Agile software\ndelivery SAFe a must, the ideal candidate will help establish best practices\nand monitoring across a large development program. &nbsp;This role will require\nregular interfacing with architecture, product, and delivery teams to manage\nand execute program goals. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span><br /></p><p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span class=\"highlight\" style=\"background-color: white\"><b><span class=\"colour\" style=\"color: rgb(37, 36, 35)\">Responsibilities\ninclude:</span></b></span><br /></p><ul style=\"margin-top: 0in\"><li style=\"color: rgb(37, 36, 35); text-align: justify; background: white\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Communication and reporting with program and\n executive leadership of overall delivery status and standards compliance</span><br /></li><li style=\"color: rgb(37, 36, 35); text-align: justify; background: white\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Consultation with delivery teams on performance,\n delivery velocity, and any risks or issues</span><br /></li><li style=\"color: rgb(37, 36, 35); text-align: justify; background: white\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Minimum 10 years Software Delivery/Project\n Management and / or Dev Ops experience</span><br /></li><li style=\"color: rgb(37, 36, 35); text-align: justify; background: white\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Proven experience of at least 5 years leading\n large transformation projects within an agile environment in an Azure\n environment</span><br /></li><li style=\"color: rgb(37, 36, 35); text-align: justify; background: white\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><b><i><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Azure DevOps expert</span></i></b><br /></li><li style=\"color: rgb(37, 36, 35); text-align: justify;
