IBM BPM Developer has developed done Implementation, Communicate project status to programming management and key stakeholders. Work in other areas of the program as required.
Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet client/ user requirements either end- to- end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the IBM BPM software product.
Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client / user, project or entity.
Works independently by Appling knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop applications solutions.
Role Description & Responsibilities
Hands-on experience on business process development & Integration using IBM BPM.
Contributed to best approach strategies for BPM implementation based on Process Analysis.
Working knowledge of IBM BPM specifically Ownership of delivery of product initiatives and releases. Responsible for timely delivery of project from end-to-end delivery standpoint.
Full ownership of all aspects of the Application/module developed. (conception, design, prototyping, development oversight, testing and roll-out).
Prepare technical architecture/solution designs documents for the projects.
Involved in inception/ strengthening of IBM BPM practice.
Strong Design skills specifically IBM BPM workflows.
To be able to prepare design documents with knowledge of BPM.
Experience in Architecting & Designing, Analysis and Development on IBM's Business Process Management (BPM).
Good to have - BPM certifications.
Participate in the development and review of documents to comply with SDLC methodologies [e.g. Engineering Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), estimation, Solution Design Document (SDD) and Software Architecture Documents (SAD)].
