Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate & plan our talent requirements – immediate & long term
  • Be the subject matter expert for our internal stakeholders
  • Own the complete journey of talent acquisition
  • In-charge of developing the right job descriptions, performance objectives & scorecard questions
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences as they navigate through the acquisition funnel
  • Assist in identifying, negotiate and close top technology talent
  • Innovate & implement strategies to improve hiring efficiency & experience
  • Own & maintain competitive market intelligence to ensure a valuable Talent Acquisition model
Desired Profile:
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in technology recruitment
  • Hands on experience in using suitable platforms for sourcing talent (technology)
  • Experience in candidate assessment and management (technology)
  • Ability to build & analyze reports
  • Experience in mid-senior level hiring
  • Have strong candidate interviewing skills
  • Familiar with the latest hiring trends, solutions & platforms
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree, Experience in using tech hiring platforms and 2+ years of experience in core technology talent acquisition would be an added advantage
