Generating well researched & populated qualified leads to be processed as new opportunities by the sales team
Ensuring that the leads are populated in the CRM system & maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system
Develop and refine various Lead Generation Techniques for increasing the efficacy of marketing programs and smarter customer acquisition
Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in customer service, lead generation or sales role
