Responsibilities:
  • Generating well researched & populated qualified leads to be processed as new opportunities by the sales team
  • Ensuring that the leads are populated in the CRM system & maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system
  • Develop and refine various Lead Generation Techniques for increasing the efficacy of marketing programs and smarter customer acquisition
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Show initiative, drive, energy & enthusiasm
Desired Profile:
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or project
  • Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to find potential customers
  • Familiarity or ability to quickly learn lead generation systems and tools
  • Ability to excel in a growing, dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong proactive communication skills, entrepreneurial approach, ability to function in a fast-paced environment and ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, lead generation or sales role
  • Experience with a CRM would be an added advantage
