As lead Technology Architect of the cloud and infrastructure practice, develop infrastructure solutions, platforms and device go to market plans and strategies.
Responsibilities include creation of solution frameworks, collateral, competencies and alliance partnership management; establish resourcing and staffing plan for recruitment, training and managing a team of skilled technology professionals and infrastructure experts.
Manage relationships and engage in technical interactions with clients, partners and external stakeholders related to the program of infrastructure projects.
Manage and mentor a team of technology specialists, architects and consultants including recruitment evaluation, appraisals, training and output review.
Technology architecture areas utilized include Vmware, Nutanix Acropolis solutions design and architecture; Amazon, Azure and Google Cloud services and solutions; X86 converged, hyperconverged compute platforms – Vblock systems, Nutanix systems; Linux, Solaris, AIX, Vmware, Oracle platforms; application servers, databases, Teradata, SQL, Oracle DB; network security and virtual private network equipment; automation and RPA platforms including Ansible, Terraform, Moogsoft, Chef and Puppet.
Requirements:
Master’s or equivalent in Computer Science/Applications, Information Technology/Systems or Business Administration
Minimum 1 year of experience as Technology Architecture Lead, Technology Lead, Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Solution Architect or related. (Will accept Bachelor’s and 6 years of work experience.)
Must be willing to travel/relocate to anywhere in the US.
