The position is part of a new strategic sales channel that requires prospecting, qualification and generating new business including intermediaries and advisors. The role requires forecasting, account planning, pipeline management, lead development and reporting and the ideal candidate must have experience selling Supply Chain or Sourcing or Procurement services or BPO services sales in the areas for F&A, Shared Services and Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & create strong revenue generating opportunities and lead service line sales through strategy & execution.
  • Leads the development of sales leads to a win through the development of Sales strategies, solution proposal and deal closing for large opportunities.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key decision makers/influencers in the prospect organization to showcase GEP’s services as a strategic fit for them through calls, value proposition workshops and strategy meets.
  • Use GEP’s unique value proposition & industry experience to shape opportunities by leveraging perspectives and competitive intelligence on prospect end to win new logos.
  • Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics and incorporate into existing sales strategy and plan.
  • Exemplify GEP’s global leadership within the Procurement space in conferences/events & meetings, by presenting thought leadership and networking with key individuals.
  • Meet revenue targets as an individual contributor through all the required support from Sales Enablement teams (i.e. Marketing, Operations, Inside Sales & Solution Design/Presales).
Desired Qualification:
  • Must have experience selling services in Supply Chain or Sourcing or Procurement, BPO services sales in the areas for F&A, Shared services, Operational Excellence
  • 5+ years of experience selling services (consulting &/or outsourcing)
  • Consultative selling skills and proven business development experience
  • Experience working within a large, heavily matrixed company environment
