Responsibilities and Duties:

Design and produce key aspects of the product road map for AI/ML based Credit Underwriting and upstream integration with Loan Origination System.
Ability to think through applications that are driven through AI/ML based capabilities.
Lead process to create standard product features which will include establishing business requirements, reviewing technical and functional specifications, usability of the system, common technical integration requirements and variation of credit risk within commercial banks.
Implement product solutions by working closely with internal stakeholders – senior management, project managers, technology team, sales team, and professional services team.
Closely monitor market trends and competitor activities which influence the product road map
Build customer experience that helps stickiness of products – essentially products that Hook its customers.
Ability to work with Sales and Marketing to enhance roadmap.

Skills & competencies:

6+ years of Experience within - Compliance or Risk Function
Leadership experience in a management role in a software organization, consultancy or a financial institution.
Familiarity with modern credit risk management techniques
Working experience in AI/ML – data prep, training, model performance, model tracking.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
Ability to manage and multi-task under tight deadlines
Ability to manage conflicts and get to a decision.
Ability to say no to things that are not within the roadmap.
Ability to do competitive analysis.
