  • Work with existing customers to grow the professional services business unit. 
  • Create an account strategy to drive sales across the business. 
  • Produce proposals and presentations for customers to land new accounts.
  • Write and drive technical solutions suited in the industry. 
  • Proactively identify customers’ needs and business opportunities. 
  • Work closely with other business units to expand cross selling opportunities. 
  • Liaise with other members on the business on existing accounts. 
  • Build relationships with key personnel within customer accounts. 
  • Monitor client satisfaction post sale and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction internally. 
  • Set and monitor KPIs for the account management team. 
  • Meet with senior management for business planning. 
  • Generate ideas for new revenue generation within large customers. 
  • Prepare long-term and short-term goals and account objectives. 
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients. 
  • Manage records of sales, revenue and other important data.
Requirement:

  • Master’s or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management or Information Management
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Technical Director, Technical Manager, Technical Account Manager, Sales Director or related.  (Will accept Bachelor’s and 6 years of work experience.)
