Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with Business Leadership to define vision, data standards and change management roadmaps.
  • Assisting to facilitate and conduct workshops with end users and stakeholders for process mapping, deep-dive discussions, business analysis, collection of requirements, and requirements documentation and review.
  • Single point of accountability for the commercial success of your platform(s)
  • Manage and drive the execution of all phases of the product lifecycle from a highly technical, platform-centric perspective
  • Lead complex/critical projects by fostering a team mentality, providing clear business communication, and maintaining team focus to ensure the most favorable outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross functional agile teams to design, prototype and build new product offerings and enhance existing products and tools
  • Have ownership of the full product development process: problem identification, solution design and scoping, implementation, adoption and validation.
  • Develop user journeys, conduct analysis on the product scope with the engineering team
  • Write detailed, complete user stories and requirements
Desired Profile:
  • 5+ Experience is required within the product owner, technical product management, technical project management, business analyst or engineering roles
  • Experience rebuilding/redesigning existing products on top of entirely new cloud services
  • Proven experience in SAP FI, Invoicing and Spend
  • Azure Dev-ops (TFS), Jira, Rally, or similar planning & development tool
  • Proven Experience delivering web and customer service driven products that improve the customer experience
  • Previous application development experience
  • AWS/Azure/GCP Certifications preferred
  • Well versed in user-centered design
  • Worked within Agile development methodologies
  • An understanding of data services and API-based product offerings
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact and influence at various levels of the organization
  • Demonstrable track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve critical business initiatives
  • Experience working with remote, geographically distributed teams, and senior leaders
