Establish project/program scope, governing program level requirements, defects and coordinating with solution teams to set the architectural framework using industry best practices, technologies and tools.
Assist Development, Solution Architecture teams in providing clarification on the presentation tier, logic (middle) tier and database tier of the application and ability to run backend queries using SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) or similar tools.
Implement and work with different project methodologies.
Establish a lean portfolio management and support related program level activities.
Manage the IT governance and compliance of cloud computing and other web-based applications.
Organize and assist the SDLC by creating feature, component and cross functional teams based on the identification of the application program level tiers, epics and program features/capabilities.
Establish program level timelines, milestones, objectives using multiple reporting and statistical frameworks.
Lead Development/Quality Analysts teams to implement key engineering practices.
Establish the quality assurance strategy, review the test approach, test design document and solution automation of the quality assurance cycles.
Solution, program and technical bottlenecks, manage risks/dependencies and track/escalate impediments.
Coordinate with Developers to understand and suggest SOAP, XML based web services and application programming interfaces (APls) based on languages such as C++ and JAVA.
Lead and manage the migration of large data warehouses utilizing MDM (Master Data Management) tools.
Facilitate data warehousing tasks when required which includes working with OLTP, OLAP, ROLAP, DOLAP, MOLAP, HOLAP, query/reporting, multidimensional analysis, and data mining functionalities such as slicing/dicing, drill down/roll up. Generate DDL, DML and DRL queries in SQL.
