Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideation, execution, and measurement of different aspects of marketing including website, email marketing, lead generation and nurturing, lead scoring, and analytics
  • Develop strategy for drip programs, campaigns, reporting, and engagement
  • Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behavior, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, analytics/performance tracking, A/B testing, list segmentation and management, ensuring compliance
  • Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign/asset/email results and measure effectiveness
  • Maintain best practices for marketing automation platforms, including naming conventions, list management, lead flow, completion actions, owners, etc.
  • Create standardized templates and other assets for ease of campaign management
  • Train internal and partner users, assist in creating and documenting training materials
  • Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues.
  • Assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testing in Salesforce
Desired Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or computer science
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Salesforce administration
  • Business acumen in order to develop technology strategies for marketing and sales
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with interdepartmental disciplines
  • Project management skills that develop and follow a roadmap to better client engagement
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A digital expert in web, email, social media -- and more
  • Analytical and driven by metrics
  • Salesforce certifications, HTML/CSS knowledge, Salesforce customization experience is a plus
