Work with stakeholders to understand needs, support the development of product solutions and metrics tracking to track the success in meeting objectives.
Participate with Stakeholders on UX planning for improving existing processes and building new features and functionality.
Building, pruning, and maintaining the team backlog (including defects) prioritized based on the business value or other key business drivers.
Understand all dependencies, risks, and any enabler/technical stories; Insure they are part of the team backlog and sequencing.
Contribute to intake process, product roadmap, release definition of upcoming features based on experience and knowledge.
Partners with other Business leaders to develop stories and is ultimately accountable for signing off and accepting the story has met the expected requirements.
Validate the work meets acceptance criteria for each story and that it meets the definition of done before giving their final approval.
Support their team demos and outline how it ties back to business goals/objectives of the feature or functionality being delivered.
Work with internal teams to deliver any final materials needed to support training and communication; Update internal resources and documents to support release management.
Understand strategic themes and direction of the business, product roadmap and member expectations.
Be aware of key performance metrics and utilize analysis of analytics and other data and research to monitor performance and influence the mobile product strategy/roadmap.
Desired Profile:
5 years of experience in product management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
3-5 years’ experience working in an Agile framework development environment.
2+ years’ experience in software and/or mobile applications as part of a Product team.
Experience with at least one full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, multiple lifecycles a plus.
