and this combined with your ability to verify technical feasibility and validation solution options for requirements, you will create a direct impact with us!</span><br /></li></ul><div class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><b>Desired Profile:</b></span><br /></div><ul><li style=\"margin: 0px; text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field </span><br /></li><li style=\"margin: 0px; text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Proven ability to lead technical track of 10+ software\n engineers&nbsp;</span><br /></li><li style=\"margin: 0px; text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">15 + years’ experience in systems integration, custom development,\n and package implementation (commercial / open-source)</span><br /></li><li style=\"margin: 0px; text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Proven background as an engineering leader in delivering complex\n Solution design, Track record of delivering large programs, obtain\n approval from Enterprise Architecture stakeholders, conform to industry\n standards for security and compliance in Financial Services</span><br /></li><li style=\"margin: 0px; text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Strong background in application development using service oriented\n architecture and 12-factor methodology of building cloud-native platforms\n in AWS, Azure, or GCP.</span><br /></li><li style=\"margin: 0px; text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Hands-on Programming experience in Java or Python languages, to\n help teams navigate delivery challenges as required and provide succinct\n approaches/root cause analysis to clients.</span><br /></li><li style=\"margin: 0px; text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Ability to distill, complex problems into methodologies such as,\n Domain Driven Design, Microservices, Data pipelines, Messaging, Eventing,\n Async Processing.</span><br /></li><li style=\"margin: 0px; text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Techno-functional consulting experience in large financial services\n organizations to participate, facilitate, and develop long running\n engineering transformation roadmap(s)</span><br /></li><li style=\"margin: 0px; text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Experience delivering enterprise scale operationally risk sensitive\n platforms for resiliency, availability, and scalability</span><br /></li><li style=\"margin: 0px; text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Experience with current software best practices, including\n continuous integration / continuous deployment, design / architectural\n patterns, well-architected framework, agile methodologies, and the DevOps\n mindset</span><br /></li><li style=\"margin: 0px; text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Understanding of modern frontend development languages and\n frameworks such React or Angular, and work with Front-end engineers and\n architects to develop fit-for-purpose experiences</span><br /></li><li style=\"margin: 0px; text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\"><span style=\"\" lang=\"EN-US\">Excellent communication, technical presentation, and architecture\n and roadmap facilitation skills</span><br /></li><li style=\"margin: 0px;
