candidate should have experience leading a Data Practice, in an IT Services / consulting company. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34);\">Qualifications: </span></p><ul><li>20+ years of experience in data architecture and analytics. </li><li>Experience leading a Data & Analytics Practice, in an IT Services / consulting company. </li><li>Experience in practice management, Service Delivery, Consulting and Business Development. </li><li>You have a strong understanding of data space overall especially with modern cloud-based data platforms </li><li>Experience in working with cloud migration, Data warehousing, business intelligence, reporting & Analytics projects </li><li>Proven expertise in building modern data platforms on Microsoft Fabric/Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, Databricks, etc. </li><li>Expert in Big Data technologies such as Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, Data Mesh Architecture, Data Fabric etc. </li><li>Experienced in various data lifecycle stages like Extraction, Ingestion, Data Quality, Transformation, Storage, Consumption Mechanisms, Governance etc. </li><li>Familiar with real -time, data-in-motion, technologies like Kafka, Flink </li><li>Strong understanding of cloud data migration strategies and data integration tools. </li><li>Possess excellent presentation and communication skills </li><li>Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions using modern tools and cloud services. </li><li>Experience of Master Data management (MDM), Metadata Management, Data Visualization and Data Governance (DG). </li><li>Experience in data governance tools such as Immuta, Collibra, Microsoft Purview etc. </li><li>Leadership experience in building, managing, and mentoring a data team. </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, articulation and collaboration skills. </li><li>Proven track record of pre-sales success (capability decks, offerings) and RFP /RFI response drafting. </li><li>Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in engineering, and apply them to drive innovation.
