Lead
building of advanced Data Science/Machine Learning models to create significant
business impact for clients and ensure client satisfaction Understand
evolving market needs and support evolution of product roadmap by providing
technical and domain expertise Establish
and maintain deep client relationships at CXO level by being a trusted partner Recruiting,
coaching, mentoring, and developing a pool of Data Scientists within the
organization and ensuring alignment of pool to company-wide vision and

core algorithmic evolution of the company Work closely with pre-sales and business development teams to
create compelling business offerings Evangelize Scienaptic platform by presenting in conferences
and other suitable forums Skills and Competencies:
10+
years of professional experience of working in financial services sector Deep understanding of machine
learning, natural language processing, statistical modelling Extensive knowledge in area of Credit
risk will be an added advantage Proven track record of hiring and
leading high performing teams as well as managing client relationships PhD/Master’s degree in Analytics
