The Client Delivery Manager role will enable you to be at the forefront of latest cutting-edge technology and create a significant and visible business impact for Scienaptic. You will be working with some of the best-in-class Coders, AI/ML Scientists and Business Analytics Consultants in an environment which will encourage you to contribute widely to functional and technological aspects without worrying about conventional job silos.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with cross-functional teams of client and Scienaptic team members to deliver projects based on client requirements.
Design the program roadmap and drive the associated projects with client through daily/weekly calls
Determine scope and objectives and develop appropriate work plans; Monitor daily progress and make adjustments as needed
Manage client escalations and work with team to get quick resolution
Performance review and mentorship of reporting team
Desired Profile:
10+ years of software delivery experience in Java and Springboot. Knowledge of Spark and Hadoop is a plus
Experience with building and delivering enterprise-grade applications for external customers
Solid experience in defining, owning and managing program roadmap
Experience with managing multiple work streams concurrently and managing resources to ensure on-time delivery. Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities and make effective decisions in ambiguous situations.
Ability to make objective decisions using data points. Strive towards delivering business solutions with consistency and quality. Strong track record of working within a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
