Key Responsibilities:

Displays an in-depth knowledge of Personal Computers, Tablets and Servers
Ability to define inspection and testing criteria for all product categories and has the ability to train auditors
Applies knowledge of product performance requirements in determining product non-conformances
Able to perform part level failure analysis and report findings to suppliers
Able to perform data analysis, create reports, identify trends and implement corrective and preventive actions
Able to set-up and define criteria for in-depth product testing such as, OOB, XCSA, etc.
Able to create standard operation procedures and training material that conforms with ISO 9000 standards
Familiar with root cause analysis tools like 8D, 5 Whys, etc
5S and visual management knowledge
Able to define criteria for rework/repair of a high level of complexity
ESD control knowledge

Desired Profile:

Accepts feedback from others when areas of improvement are identified
Treats others with respect does not allow personal feelings to interfere with business activities,
Ability to effectively communicate technical problems and possible solutions to management, internal customers and suppliers.
Engineering degree in Electronics or related field
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in electronics or equivalent field.
Excellent working knowledge of and ability to understand mechanical and electrical specs.
