Key Responsibilities:

  • Displays an in-depth knowledge of Personal Computers, Tablets and Servers
  • Ability to define inspection and testing criteria for all product categories and has the ability to train auditors
  • Applies knowledge of product performance requirements in determining product non-conformances
  • Able to perform part level failure analysis and report findings to suppliers
  • Able to perform data analysis, create reports, identify trends and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Able to set-up and define criteria for in-depth product testing such as, OOB, XCSA, etc.
  • Able to create standard operation procedures and training material that conforms with ISO 9000 standards
  • Familiar with root cause analysis tools like 8D, 5 Whys, etc
  • 5S and visual management knowledge
  • Able to define criteria for rework/repair of a high level of complexity
  • ESD control knowledge

Desired Profile:

  • Accepts feedback from others when areas of improvement are identified
  • Treats others with respect does not allow personal feelings to interfere with business activities,
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical problems and possible solutions to management, internal customers and suppliers.
  • Engineering degree in Electronics or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in electronics or equivalent field.
  • Excellent working knowledge of and ability to understand mechanical and electrical specs.
