A strategic thinker and disciplined manager, the Client Engagement Leader will be responsible for delivering significant measurable business impact for our clients, leveraging both advanced data science techniques and tools as well as Scienaptic’s platform-based solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and responsiveness.
  • Educate your clients on the platform/strategy, steering them to become self-sufficient within 3-6 months of go-live.
  • Client Go-Lives: Collaborate with internal teams, including implementation and support, to ensure seamless client go-lives.
  • Proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation phase.
  • Get all clients live on the platform within 2 months of signed contract.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on a deep understanding of client needs and our product offerings.
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to develop and enhance our cross-sell solutions.
  • Set and deliver ambitious cross-sell targets
  • Client Retention: Monitor client usage and engagement, addressing any concerns and providing or requesting additional support when necessary.
  • Maintain high/perfect NPS for your client group with zero voluntary attrition.
  • Feedback and Continual Improvement: Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to product enhancement and development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our products based on client input.

Desired Profile:

  • 7+ years of professional experience of working in Financial Services, checking 2 or more of the below boxes.
  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in financial services.Credit Risk Management experience.
  • Experience with product development/software development/roll-out lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with US consumer lending regulations and regulatory expectations.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding upselling and cross-selling targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Available for up to 50% travel for client meetings and events.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
