The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing innovative and user-centered products. As a Senior Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our AI-powered solutions, focusing on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • User-Centered Design: Lead the design process, ensuring that user needs and business goals are met. Develop user personas, user journeys, and conduct usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Concept Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts. Proficiency in using prototyping tools(e.g. Figma) to create interactive low and high-fidelity prototypes quickly to help brainstorm ideas to its Information Architecture: Create clear and intuitive information architectures for complex financial software. Develop effective navigation structures and taxonomies to help users easily find and understand information.
  •  UI/UX Design: Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that meet the highest standards of design and accessibility. Ensure a seamless user experience across various platforms and devices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and drive the design process from conception to implementation.
  • Design Iteration: Refine and iterate the designs based on user/stakeholder feedback,data analysis, and emerging design trends. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across the product as we scale up.

Desired Profile:

  • Deep experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise. Mastery of Figma and similar tools, with a strong ability to create and maintain design assets and collaborate effectively with team members. Experience with Figma Tokens(or) similar tools which allows “lift and shift” of code.
  • 3+ years’ experience in designing applications in the lending domain is must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple,intuitive, and visually appealing designs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and rationale.
  • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into the design process.
  • Up-to-date with design trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
