Oversee technical deliverables and communicates with leadership to evaluate performance, and assess needs, optimization and risk.
Lead multiple projects and oversee various onshore and offshore development teams to ensure that specifications are met.
Identify new technology solutions and work closely with internal business partners to forecast future needs and develop effective strategies to meet business objectives.
Define, organize, and lead a team of client and external resources to implement complex new arrangements with combinations of development, testing, analysis and operational elements such that T-Mobile and PK Global meet all program goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor performance and customer service efficiencies, including performance guarantees, customers and PK Global’s program and financial goals.
Use deep technical knowledge to identify, manage and troubleshoot potential issues and roadblocks
Manage communication plans, presentations and reporting for clients, internal teams and leadership on status of projects, initiatives, and activity
Develop, recommend, and/or implement strategic initiatives associated with improving practices; establish schedules, and collaborate with various stakeholders on content and processes.
Translate broader business initiatives into clear team objectives and concrete goals, align appropriately with other groups for efficient, coordinated action.
Set performance direction and monitor progress and deliverables. Provide structure, feedback and direction to team.
Create clear and measurable goals, while holding self and contingent teams accountable.
Desired Profile:
Minimum of 10 years’ combined technical and project management experience required
Experience with mobile delivery, e-commerce and IoT preferred
Proven ability to lead technical teams, both onshore and offshore
Hands on knowledge of current technology standards and trends
Experience identifying, defining, and implementing technical design/coding standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
