Management of quality team comprising of full-time employees and contractors.
Define, manage, and execute all forms of testing, including user acceptance testing, country testing, business testing, functional testing, installer testing, and regression testing.
Monitor defects, create defect reports, work with dev team to resolve the defects/bugs.
Ensure software testing is done on-time and as planned. escalating issues and risks.
Manage testing artifacts Define and integrate automation into testing processes.
Hands on validation of testing tools and processes.
Drive best practices for defining, setting, and maintaining quality standards for initiatives.
Develop, modify, and execute test strategies, plans, and programs.
Design and develop tools and environment plans to facilitate efficiencies in testing process.
Coordinate and optimize testing in a cross functional, cross regional environment.
Provide Change Request Approval and QA sign-off.
Monitor critical success factor and KPIs Drive continuous improvement.
Manage QA Delivery and Accountability (Portfolio Level).
Requirements:
Master’s or equivalent in in Computer Science/Applications, Information Technology/Systems or Electronics/Electrical Engineering + minimum 1 year of experience as Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Assurance Engineer, Projects Associate or related
