Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of quality team comprising of full-time employees and contractors.
  • Define, manage, and execute all forms of testing, including user acceptance testing, country testing, business testing, functional testing, installer testing, and regression testing.
  • Monitor defects, create defect reports, work with dev team to resolve the defects/bugs.
  • Ensure software testing is done on-time and as planned. escalating issues and risks.
  • Manage testing artifacts Define and integrate automation into testing processes.
  • Hands on validation of testing tools and processes.
  • Drive best practices for defining, setting, and maintaining quality standards for initiatives.
  • Develop, modify, and execute test strategies, plans, and programs.
  • Design and develop tools and environment plans to facilitate efficiencies in testing process.
  • Coordinate and optimize testing in a cross functional, cross regional environment.
  • Provide Change Request Approval and QA sign-off.
  • Monitor critical success factor and KPIs Drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage QA Delivery and Accountability (Portfolio Level).


  • Master’s or equivalent in in Computer Science/Applications, Information Technology/Systems or Electronics/Electrical Engineering + minimum 1 year of experience as Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Assurance Engineer, Projects Associate or related 
  • Or Bachelor’s and 6 years of work experience
