Lazard Asset Management (LAM) Technology is looking for Sales Technology Business Analyst with an understanding of the asset management industry. As a valued member of our Sales and Marketing Technology team, you will interface with the Sales Technology Development Team and our internal groups to develop, refine and deliver features and solutions for Salesforce Sales Cloud and related sales data systems. We’re looking for a highly motivated, organized and experienced Analyst who takes pride in their work, and develops clear, complete and properly documented requirements in an iterative and collaborative process with our business partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business Product Owners to develop and refine business requirements
  • Provide guidance and feedback to IT and Product Owner on scoping and effort estimation
  • Provide guidance for Prioritization of initiatives
  • Opine with conviction on system interdependencies and change impact
  • Lend your expertise during solutioning discussions with Technical Leads and Product Owner
  • Document and diagram platform process and data flows
  • Provide Use Case analysis
  • Communicate technical and non-technical concepts simply and clearly, regardless of medium or audience

Desired Profile:

  • 5 or more years of experience in a Business Analyst and product interfacing role
  • 2 or more years of experience working with and integrating Salesforce with external data platforms
  • Business Analysis Experience with
  • A Salesforce Administrator certification desired.

Compensation Range:$150k- $190k
