Lazard Asset Management (LAM) Technology is looking for a Salesforce Lead Technical Architect with an understanding of the asset management industry to maintain and develop enterprise strategy of building and deploying a Salesforce platform that integrates with sales, marketing and customer-facing products. The role will include Team leadership responsibilities as well as serve as the Subject Matter Expert responsible for working with Business Analysts and business units to scope and shape global prioritization with Sales, Marketing and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Business analysts, business teams and fellow technologists to design, develop and deliver seamless global, multi-channel experiences on the Salesforce CRM Platform
Deliver technology solutions – Leverage strong technical experience to architect, engineer and provide guidance in delivery of key initiatives for a global CRM in accordance with Salesforce best practices
Define and maintain technical , documentation and InfoSec standards for platform integrations with Digital Marketing and other in-house systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Appian, Seismic, Qvidian, etc.), as well as Azure.
Lead by example by contributing high quality, production code that powers critical pieces of our services and products
Design and oversee the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment
Manage and guide pre-sprint technical design and grooming activities
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and how they can be applied at LAM
Desired Profile:
5+ years of experience working in Salesforce Sales Cloud projects with full lifecycle implementations including integrations with external systems
4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect
3+ years as a Development Team Lead performing code reviews using git-based VCS in Apex, JavaScript (ECMA6), and XML/HTML
3+ years’ development against REST and SOAP APIs both on and off Salesforce
Strong experience managing multiple business functions in a shared Salesforce CRM, including management of record pages and automation as well as security and sharing.
Experience in building applications using Lightning Web Components, Lightning, APEX, Visualforce and UI related coding technologies
Familiarity with security concepts including authentication/authorization, TLS encryption, digital signing, SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, JWT, OpenId Connect, and oAuth 2.0
Experience acting as administrator of DevOps/CICD tools such as BitBucket, GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube, UDeploy, Selenium, etc.
Experience with distribution data in the asset management industry (SS&C Salesconnect, Broadridge Salesvision, Discovery Data, Fintrix) desired.
Experience with SQL and other RDMS technologies outside of Salesforce desired.
Compensation Range: $185k – $225k
