Delivery and Practice Head

We are seeking a Delivery and Practice Head to lead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and alignment with goals. You’ll drive excellence through frameworks, lead teams, manage revenue, and support account growth. Key responsibilities include automation testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. You’ll also develop high-performing teams and align with global policies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage information technology projects to adhere to schedule and scope and to achieve set goals.
• Define, develop, deploy, and ensure adoption of the frameworks and standards to provide excellence across each project.
• Responsible for leading and directing the delivery leadership team and development/quality assurance professionals spanning across product lines.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise within the field of automation testing, to continuously enhance the framework.
• Ensure that the development teams adhere to the principles, guidelines and best practices of the quality assurance strategy as defined. Focus on continuous quality assurance.
• Improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation.
• Continuously identify and analyze the shortcomings, figure out the root causes and deploy the changes.
• Account for the revenue from the current engagements and enhance the revenue from current stakeholders.
• Support account management in growing the accounts by providing thought leadership through POVs and innovative solutions.
• Identify skills and technologies required for the future and develop plans to enhance competencies.
• Align organizational vision, mission, and strategic goals with that of other departments.
• Implement and enforce regional and global company policies.

Desired Profile:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 5 years of experience the job offered or a related information technology project manager, software quality assurance analyst/tester or software developer position. Foreign equivalents are acceptable.
• 5 years of verifiable experience working as an information technology project manager, software quality assurance analyst/tester or software developer employing the following technical tools: UI path, Blue prism, Selenium, J-meter, QTP and Perfmon.

Compensation Range: $150K – $157K
