Program Managers have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high level program initiatives. They are responsible for overseeing the achievement of larger organizational goals. They lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy implementation and delegation. Program managers are highly skilled professionals who help organizations stay on schedule on spec and ultimately on an upward trajectory of success and growth. They are also motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with project sponsor cross functional teams and project managers to plan and develop scope deliverables required resources work plan budget and timing for new initiatives.
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal ROI and coordinate and delegate cross project initiatives.
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross functional teams and external vendors.
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and deliver established business goals objectives Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
  • Analyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  • The candidate must be dynamic, committed and capable of preparing/tracking & managing the Project schedules.
  • Should have very good experience in project management especially on Transitions and any other transformation/migration/consulting projects.
  • Over 10+ years of experience in Project Management & atleast 4 years in Cloud transformation & Migration projects.
  • Should have executed large scale Cloud Migrations, Integrations and Transformations.
  • Experienced in AWS/Azure Cloud technologies and worked on DC migration to Cloud.
  • Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders including client, offshore and cross functional teams to deliver the transformations required.
  • Worked on Infrastructure consolidation related to Data Centers, Cloud and Virtualization etc.
  • Should have strong Infrastructure background in understanding the Virtualization, Cloud technologies, compute, storage and Network.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution, the ability to run a project or serve as project manager on a program team and can ensure a successful project lifecycle.
  • Very good skills on preparing the schedule/track & manage.
  • Should be very good at reporting & Microsoft Project Plan.
  • Ability to handle the issues, escalations and resolve on time.
  • Very good people management skills & leadership capabilities.
  • Very good communication, coordination skills, dedication & commitment.
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) effectively with stakeholders and senior business leaders both internal and customer.
  • Good Understanding on Data Center, Cloud/AWS and Application technologies.
  • MS Project, Stakeholder Management, Solution Management, Program Plan​
