If you have ever considered being part of a global organization that allows you to have an incredible impact amongst 12,000 people and compete against the finest fintech organizations, look no further. We are looking to grow the team by adding an experienced Director of Sales, with consistent track record in IT services sales. This individual will work closely with the Head of Sales to dramatically change our trajectory growth in the US.


Responsibilities:

  • Develops relationships with prospective clients and generates new business opportunities.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities and develops sales leads.
  • Analyses prospects/client issues to clearly identify requirements and shape existing GFT offerings accordingly.
  • Leads end to end sales process, working collaboratively with our finest technologists to help our clients with their digital solutions.
  • Negotiates and influences decision making within prospects/clients at the C-Suite level.
  • Tracks sales targets and documents sales performance metrics.
  • May take on the role of Account Manager, responsible for managing the client relationship and project profitability (P&L), ensuring all decisions made are in line with commercial requirements.
  • Travels to clients’ offices around the US.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a sales hunter within the IT Consulting business focused on BSFI clients in the B2B space;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling services related to Cloud (Migrations, Digital Transformation), AI/ML, Data analytics, Software and Application Development.
  • Experience providing client solutions based upon Google and AWS Cloud technologies and offerings.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales engineers and tech leads to understand and respond to clients’ needs.
  • Experience with offshore/nearshore delivery models.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Availability to travel to client’s meetings.


Compensation :$150k - $170k
