The Role

Xoriant is looking for a Client Partner – Hi Tech to own and grow strategic client relationships across the high-tech sector. This is a senior, consultative role focused on account growth, strategic selling, and executive engagement, operating at the intersection of business strategy and modern digital technology.

You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, shaping transformation agendas while mobilizing Xoriant’s global delivery and engineering capabilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Account Management & Growth: Serve as the primary relationship owner for high-tech clients, driving account expansion through new digital services and adjacent opportunities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies across digital transformation, cloud, AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and customer experience
  • Client Consultation: Engage C-level executives with strategic insights, industry perspectives, and technology-led solutions
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with consulting, technical, and delivery teams to shape customized solutions and lead compelling proposals
  • Pipeline Ownership: Build and manage a high-quality pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and disciplined sales execution
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to align client objectives with successful outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or consulting within digital services or technology solutions
  • Deep expertise in the high-tech industry, including trends in cloud, AI, data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
  • Proven ability to build and sustain C-suite relationships
  • Strong track record in consultative, solution-based selling, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex digital solutions
  • Strong technical acumen and comfort engaging on technology topics
  • Ability to create and articulate a clear, inspiring vision for your accounts and area of responsibility
