GFT Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter to spearhead new business development efforts within the Manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building client relationships from the ground up and has a proven track record in selling IT services and digital transformation solutions to manufacturing clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective manufacturing clients across North America (or region-specific).
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, presentations, RFPs/RFIs, and deal closure.
  • Develop customized pitches aligned to client needs around cloud, AI/ML, IoT, data analytics, and legacy modernization.
  • Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.


Key Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in IT services sales, with at least 5+ years in the manufacturing vertical.
  • Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated success in winning new logos.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0, smart factory initiatives, supply chain transformation, and related domains.
  • Strong network and understanding of key players in the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
