GFT Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter to spearhead new business development efforts within the Manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building client relationships from the ground up and has a proven track record in selling IT services and digital transformation solutions to manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective manufacturing clients across North America (or region-specific).
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, presentations, RFPs/RFIs, and deal closure.
Develop customized pitches aligned to client needs around cloud, AI/ML, IoT, data analytics, and legacy modernization.
Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure solution alignment.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Key Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in IT services sales, with at least 5+ years in the manufacturing vertical.
Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated success in winning new logos.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0, smart factory initiatives, supply chain transformation, and related domains.
Strong network and understanding of key players in the manufacturing sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
