The Role

We are looking for a Client Partner – Banking & Financial Services to grow and manage strategic BFS relationships in the UK. This role combines account leadership, solution selling, and delivery oversight, with a strong focus on expanding existing clients and unlocking adjacent opportunities.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, while mobilizing Xoriant’s global engineering, cloud, and data teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue growth within existing BFS clients and pursue adjacent opportunities
  • Own senior-level client relationships and overall account health
  • Shape and sell integrated technology solutions aligned to client priorities
  • Partner with delivery and engineering teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction
  • Operate effectively in global, matrixed environments with distributed teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven account management and solution-selling experience in Banking & Financial Services
  • Track record of growing complex enterprise accounts
  • Comfort engaging with C-suite and senior technology leaders
  • Experience working with global delivery models
  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative mindset
