Role Overview

Xoriant is seeking a Partner Sales professional focused on AWS and the modern data ecosystem to drive execution across our strategic data partners. This is a hands-on role responsible for co-sell motions, joint business planning, marketplace execution, and partner-funded pipeline across AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric.

You will operate at the intersection of partners, GTM, cloud, and AI, ensuring Xoriant’s data capabilities are embedded in every growth motion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operational execution for AWS and key data partners
  • Own partner motions across Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and AWS data platforms
  • Build and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with partner teams
  • Drive co-sell submissions, account mapping, and opportunity alignment
  • Convert partner programs and incentives into measurable pipeline
  • Maintain AWS Marketplace listing hygiene, offers, and reporting
  • Manage partner-funded activities (MDF) and pipeline tracking
  • Partner with GTM, Cloud, and AI teams to embed data capabilities into solution plays
  • Prepare executive-ready QBRs highlighting data-led wins and partner impact

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years in partner sales, alliances, or partner development
  • Hands-on experience with the modern data stack, including one or more of:
  • Databricks
  • Snowflake
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • AWS data platforms
  • Strong fluency with partner programs, portals, and co-sell mechanics
  • Experience with account mapping, marketplace routes to market, and QBR preparation
  • Clear, concise communicator who simplifies complex partner programs for field teams
