Agency & Partner Management
Serve as the primary liaison for brand/creative, PR, and digital agency partners.
Define clear scopes, deliverables, and performance metrics for each partner relationship.
Review and guide creative direction to ensure alignment with brand standards.
Build a cohesive cross-agency workflow that ensures consistency, quality, and timely execution.
Brand & Creative Leadership
Evolve and protect the brand identity across all channels.
Translate strategic business goals into compelling campaigns and storytelling moments.
Lead the development of high-impact content, from digital campaigns to editorial and experiential initiatives.
Partner with leadership to define and reinforce unique brand positioning in the market.
Digital Strategy & Performance
Oversee website, SEO, paid media, and analytics strategies to drive awareness and qualified leads.
Partner with agencies to design and execute digital marketing initiatives that balance luxury branding with performance outcomes.
Define and track success metrics for brand visibility, lead quality, and market share growth, ensuring marketing outcomes align with company goals and client experience standards.
Interpret analytics to guide ongoing optimization and ROI measurement.
Content & Thought Leadership
Shape the editorial calendar and content roadmap, ensuring every piece advances the reputation as a thought leader.
Collaborate with leadership on media opportunities, speaking engagements, and partnerships.
Ensure that messaging and tone remain consistent, sophisticated, and human.
Growth & Portfolio Integration
Partner with executive leadership to support marketing integration for new acquisitions and any future companies to be added to the portfolio.
Own the go-to-market strategies for the company, domestically and internationally.
Lead tactical marketing execution across all channels (i.e., events, PR).
Support management in the strategy and execution with any business development partnerships/alliances.
Establish brand architecture frameworks to ensure clarity between parent and subsidiary brands.
Guide market-entry strategy, positioning, and launch communications for future acquisitions.
Identify shared resources, best practices, and cross-promotional opportunities across brands.
Leadership & Collaboration
Manage, mentor, and inspire a small in-house team while overseeing agency contributors.
Partner cross-functionally with various departments to align messaging and goals.
Own annual marketing planning, budget forecasting, and performance reporting in partnership with Finance and the Executive team.
Experience & Expertise
10-15 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles overseeing brand and digital strategy; luxury, education, hospitality, or professional services experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success managing multiple external agencies (creative, digital, PR, SEO) and integrating their efforts under one unified brand vision.
Proven experience developing and executing brand architecture strategies, especially across multi-brand or portfolio organizations.
Experience supporting brand integration post-acquisition. Harmonizing positioning, messaging, and visual identity across entities.
Fluency in digital performance and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), with an ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
