Position Overview: Integration Engineering / Software Engineering Hunter (Hi-Tech Focus)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated sales professional with deep relationships in the hi-tech, ISV, and SaaS ecosystem to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, nurture, and close new clients — this is a pure hunter role with a focus on hi-tech and software product companies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and engineering leaders in ISVs, SaaS, and hi-tech organizations.
  • Proven success selling software engineering and integration services, including adaptors/connectors/integrations, web/mobile applications, SaaS platform development, and digital engineering solutions.
  • Leverage existing networks within the hi-tech industry and collaborate effectively with SDR and marketing teams to build a strong qualified pipeline.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new leads and drive end-to-end business development within product engineering, ISV, and SaaS domains.
  • Familiarity with agile software engineering, DevOps, AI-driven development tools, QA automation, and product sustenance.
  • Experience selling large integration factory, product development, sustenance, and QA transformation engagements to hi-tech, SaaS, and Internet companies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior technology and business leaders.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience selling professional IT, software engineering, or digital transformation services within the hi-tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of hi-tech market dynamics, including key players, emerging technologies, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and close complex, multi-million-dollar service deals.

Compensation- Base- $150K-$165K + Commissions + Benefits
