Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Delivery Leader to own and scale large, complex client engagements with revenues in the range of USD 15–25M and delivery organizations of 200–300+ professionals. This role sits at the intersection of engineering excellence, client partnership, and business outcomes.


The successful candidate will act as the single-threaded owner for delivery, deeply embedded with senior client stakeholders, driving prioritization decisions, managing risk, and ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes. This is not a ticket-management role; it requires strong commercial acumen, leadership maturity, and the ability to influence without escalation.



1. Global Delivery Ownership

  • Own end-to-end delivery for large, multi‑year global engagements
  • Lead and scale distributed delivery teams across geographies (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
  • Ensure consistent delivery governance, operational rigor, and financial discipline across all programs and work streams.
  • Drive delivery predictability across scope, quality, timelines, and cost.


2. Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary trusted partner to senior client stakeholders (VP, SVP, CXO level).
  • Build deep relationships based on credibility, transparency, and consistent execution.
  • Lead difficult conversations around scope, prioritization, risk, and trade-offs without defaulting to escalation.
  • Manage client expectations proactively and navigate ambiguity with confidence and composure.
  • Influence client decision-making by grounding discussions in business impact and outcomes.


3. Business & Domain Understanding

  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business model, KPIs, and operating priorities.
  • Bring domain context relevant to the engagement (e.g., payer, provider, healthcare, retail, consumer, or adjacent industries).
  • Shift conversations from activity and tickets to business outcomes, value realization, and ROI.
  • Partner with client leaders to align delivery priorities with strategic objectives.


4. Engineering & Delivery Excellence

  • Provide strong leadership grounded in engineering and delivery best practices.
  • Ensure architectural alignment, technical quality, and sustainable engineering velocity.
  • Balance speed and quality by making informed trade-offs in collaboration with engineering leaders.
  • Coach and develop delivery and engineering leaders
