Ability to analyze business requirements, crafting functional technical designs, business level documentation and code development is a must. You will be collaborating with internal partners to gather business requirements and translate them into a technical solution. You will be a major influencer in setting the technical direction for the team using current tools to provide the same business functionality in a more modern architecture.</p><p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><br></p><p class=\"ql-align-justify\">You will develop services and deploy them in multiple environments including the inhouse Cloud Foundry platform as well as on Cloud provider architectures like AWS and Azure. You will analyze performance issue using modern tools and have a focus on code quality working hand in hand with out test engineers. Be part of a great team and work in modern technologies and make a difference for our clients!</p><p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><br></p><p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or relevant work experience</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">8 to 10 years of experience with Object Oriented Programming using modern Java tech stack</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 or above Junit 4 or above with test framework like wire mock, Mockito etc.., and Spring suite - mainly Spring Boot</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Experience with web services and related microservice technologies</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Experience in full software development life cycle using agile methodologies</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Experience with Unix/Linux OS.</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Ability to write high quality code with automated testing. Ability to analyze business requirements, crafting functional technical designs, business level documentation and code development.</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Install code changes and identify root-cause analysis.</li></ul><p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><br></p><p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Knowledge of financial technologies, standards, and industry regulations (i.e., Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) are highly preferred</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Some experience with Cloud deployment platforms such as Cloud Foundry, AWS, etc.</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Knowledge of and experience with JIRA and Confluence products.</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Prior technical lead role experience.</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Experience with Splunk</li></ul><p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><br></p><p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Compensation ranges between : $85K - $120K</p>","isHybridJob":true,"isRemoteJob":false,"exclusiveJob":false,"jobCatagories":[],"maxExperience":"10","minExperience":"8","isOnPremiseJob":true,"onBehalfOfName":"Orion Innovation","otherlocations":[],"experienceLevel":"Mid / Senior","numberOfOpenings":"1","maxSeniorityLevel":6,"minSeniorityLevel":3,"otherJobReference":null,"sharpenedJobTitle":"Sr. Java Developer","job_category_group":3,"growthOppurtunities":[],"portalLocationDisplay":"Berkeley Heights","expertise_coreskill_or_product":["Other"],"job_id":"2573"}
