Our client is scaling aggressively within the Life Sciences and Pharma segment and is looking for a true sales hunter to drive net-new logo acquisition. This role is critical to expanding the company footprint across Pharma, Biotech, and Life Sciences enterprises by selling high-impact digital, data, and engineering services.
Key Responsibilities
Hunt and convert net-new and dormant accounts within the Life Sciences and Pharma ecosystem
Own the entire sales lifecycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
Build and maintain a robust new-logo pipeline through targeted outbound, ecosystem partnerships, and executive-level engagement
Position our offerings across digital engineering, data & AI, cloud transformation, application modernization, product engineering, and analytics
Engage C-suite and senior business/IT stakeholders to uncover transformation initiatives and articulate value-led business cases
Collaborate closely with solution architects, delivery leaders, and partners to craft winning proposals and close complex deals
Meet and exceed new-business revenue targets, with a strong focus on large, multi-year transformation deals
Desired Profile
12+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in IT services or digital consulting, with a strong Life Sciences / Pharma focus
Demonstrated success as a pure hunter, consistently acquiring net-new logos
