We are seeking an accomplished executive to lead the Business Development department at GFT US. This pivotal role encompasses both technical and business support competencies, with a primary focus on understanding clients’ needs within the context of technology and business processes. The successful candidate will define and create tailored solutions, leveraging existing capabilities within GFT—locally and internationally—or developing them from the ground up as required.


Key Skills

  • Proven leadership experience in business development within the technology sector, preferably in a US or European context.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving strategic growth, building high-value partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies, digital transformation, and market trends relevant to the US business landscape.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Business Development function, overseeing both technical and business support structures.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO of GFT US and report directly to them, with a secondary reporting line to the Global Head of Business Development.
  • Drive revenue growth through high-value offerings, strategic partnerships (including ISVs and Hyperscalers), and the management and development of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and execute strategies for the creation and evolution of intellectual property assets, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
