Role Overview

WinWire is seeking a high-performing, results-driven Channel Sales Hunter –Microsoft to drive net-new revenue growth through the Microsoft ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for building, activating, and expanding strategic relationships within Microsoft field teams, co-sell channels, and partner networks to generate qualified pipeline and close new business opportunities. This is a true hunter role, focused on proactive opportunity creation, Microsoft co-sell motion execution, and driving new logos.


Key Responsibilities

  • Channel & Microsoft Ecosystem Development
  • Develop and execute a Microsoft channel growth strategy aligned with WinWire’s solution priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with Microsoft sellers, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Customer Success Units (CSUs), and Industry teams.
  • Drive joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and co-sell engagement with Microsoft field teams.
  • Leverage Microsoft Partner Center, Marketplace, Solution Play programs, and co-sell incentives to maximize pipeline generation.


Pipeline & Revenue Generation

  • Proactively identify and pursue net-new business opportunities sourced through Microsoft channels.
  • Create and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with WinWire sales, pre-sales, and solution teams to develop compelling proposals and close deals.
  • Own revenue targets associated with Microsoft-sourced and co-sell opportunities.


Go-To-Market Execution

  • Drive Microsoft solution play alignment (e.g., Azure Cloud Modernization, Data & AI, Copilot, Fabric, App Innovation).
  • Position WinWire as a preferred Microsoft partner for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Participate in joint account planning sessions with Microsoft sellers.
  • Represent WinWire at Microsoft events, industry events, and partner engagements.


Qualifications Required

  • 7-8 years of experience in enterprise IT services sales, channel sales, or alliance sales.
  • Proven experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in hunting and closing net-new business.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Data & AI, Modern Work, or Business Applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft co-sell motions and Partner Center.
  • Excellent relationship-building and executive-level communication skills.
