We are seeking a dynamic Client Partner – CPG to lead strategic client relationships within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. The role is responsible for account growth, client satisfaction, and delivering technology-led transformation initiatives across areas such as digital commerce, supply chain, data analytics, cloud, and enterprise platforms. The Client Partner will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, driving business outcomes through innovative IT services and solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management
  2. Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders within CPG client organizations.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
  4. Understand client business goals, market challenges, and technology priorities.
  5. Account Growth & Revenue Management
  6. Own P&L responsibility for assigned CPG accounts.
  7. Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across services such as:
  8. Digital transformation
  9. Cloud and data platforms
  10. Supply chain optimization
  11. AI/Analytics
  12. SAP / ERP modernization
  13. Drive account expansion and cross-selling opportunities
  14. Business Development
  15. Lead deal shaping, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  16. Work with sales, pre-sales, and solution teams to develop compelling proposals.
  17. Support large transformation deals and multi-year engagements.
  18. Market & Industry Leadership
  19. Stay informed on CPG industry trends, technology disruptions, and competitor strategies.
  20. Represent the organization in industry forums, client events, and executive briefings.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 12–18+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or technology solutions.
  • 5+ years managing CPG clients (Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Household Goods, etc.).
  • Proven experience in account management and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing large digital transformation programs.
