Our client is seeking a Vice President – AWS Alliances to lead and scale its strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services. This leader will be responsible for driving joint go-to-market initiatives, building AWS-led solution offerings, and accelerating revenue through partner-led opportunities.


The role requires a leader who understands the AWS ecosystem deeply, has experience selling with AWS field teams, and can translate partnership strategy into tangible revenue growth. The position will report to the Senior Vice President & Center Head and will play a key role in strengthening the company's AWS-led growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities


Alliance Strategy & Growth

  • Lead and expand the strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services across the US market.
  • Define and execute the AWS alliance strategy, aligned with the company's cloud and digital engineering capabilities.
  • Drive $6–8M in AWS-influenced revenue through joint pursuits and partner-led opportunities.

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Develop and execute joint GTM programs with AWS sales teams, including co-selling initiatives and marketplace opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with AWS partner, sales, and solution leadership to increase joint pipeline and visibility.

Capability & Offering Development

  • Identify and build AWS-aligned capabilities, assets, accelerators, and industry solutions that can drive differentiated value in the market.
  • Partner with internal delivery, architecture, and sales teams to develop scalable AWS-based solutions and offerings.

Sales Enablement & Deal Support

  • Support sales teams in qualifying, shaping, and closing AWS-led deals.
  • Act as a decision-maker and strategic advisor in large pursuits involving AWS technologies.

Executive Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with senior leadership at both the company and AWS to drive alignment on strategic priorities and growth initiatives.


Desired Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in cloud partnerships, alliances, or partner-led sales within IT services or consulting.
  • Strong experience working within the AWS partner ecosystem, including co-selling with AWS field teams.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic alliances and joint go-to-market programs.
  • Experience building cloud capabilities, solution assets, or industry offerings around AWS.
  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud services, cloud-native architecture, and digital transformation programs.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and act as a strategic decision-maker in partner-led deals.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in mid-to-large IT services or digital engineering organizations.
  • Existing relationships within the AWS partner and sales ecosystem.
  • Experience leading AWS alliance strategy at a regional or global level.

$225-250k
