Position Summary

The Intelligent Automation CoE Head role is responsible for the orchestration of sales, pre-sales, marketing, initial consulting engagements, delivery governance & oversight, IP & innovation across all our key clients, prospects by partnering with commercial leads, client partners and vertical heads. The role is responsible for driving consulting around intelligent automation capabilities through assessments and initial customer conversations, converting initial opportunities to projects, ongoing thought leadership and mindshare across various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Intelligent Automation thought leader with transformation mindset across the entire CoE driving sales and pre-sales effort
  • Build and run the overall go to market strategy across all verticals for the intelligent automation CoE.
  • Collaborate with client partners and commercial leads to identify opportunities, position PK IP and accelerators, partnerships and convert opportunities to projects.
  • Responsible for driving the overall growth of the CoE to meet customer demands, revenue targets and overall consulting capabilities.
  • Lead the IP & innovation activities within the CoE
  • Driving GTM with partnership and integration
  • Will jointly own the CoE revenue targets along with support from the service line head and work towards meeting the targets
  • Ensure alignment to overall strategy with the ability to track, measure and communicate progress to the head of the service line.
  • Engage with sales team to support all engagements, working with key decision makers and build effective relationships.
  • Utilize business / opportunity needs identification and Solution Selling
  • Drive internal and customer adoption of intelligent automation capabilities through training, innovation, accelerators, tools and methodologies.
  • Active participation in marketing by driving development of collaterals, whitepapers, research analyst positioning, and case studies
Desired Profile:
  • Full understanding and hands on experience in driving Business Process automation
  • Strong foundation knowledge of business consulting and process engineering
  • Working knowledge of various intelligent automation tools: RPA platforms like Blueprism, uipath, Automation Anywhere, process mining tools like Celonis, fortressIQ, IA tools like Workato, cognitive frameworks, intelligent document processing tools, etc.
  • 20+ years of experience in digital transformation and consulting
  • Experience in working with partner ecosystem
  • Experience in building IP and accelerators to strengthen the current offering
  • Experience in solution selling, managed services in Intelligent automation space
  • Experience in owning and delivering target driven revenue, sales and pre-sales.
  • Travel as required (Post COVID)
