Job Responsibilities
Build advanced Data Science/Machine Learning models to create significant business impact for clients and ensure client satisfaction
Support core algorithmic evolution of the company
Work closely with pre-sales and business development teams to create compelling business offerings
Understand evolving market needs and support evolution of product roadmap by providing technical and domain expertise
Attract and Develop globally superior ML competency in the organisation
Recruiting, coaching, mentoring and developing a pool of Data Scientists within the organisation and ensuring alignment of pool to company-wide vision and strategies
Skills & Competencies
10+ years of professional experience of working in financial services sector in the domain of credit risk/fraud/ collections
Exposure to machine learning, natural language processing, statistical modelling
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of hiring and leading high performing teams
