project management, end users, and project stakeholders to define best practices<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Work in a dynamic environment, partnering with fast-paced agile teams, to deliver quality software solutions to complex business problems<br /></span></li></ul><div class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Desired Profile:</b><br /></div><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Hands-on experience configuring, enhancing, and implementing Charles River IMS (CRIMS) versions 20R1 and higher (SaaS deployment preferred)<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Experience building Charles River Workflow Rules, Dynamic Views, and tradescreens (MWB, Blotter…)<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Understanding of front office equity workflows, from portfolio construction all the way through execution<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Strong time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects at once<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to gather requirements for projects in financial sector<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Convey plans, issues, and concerns in a clear, logical and concise manner.&nbsp; Ability to influence key decision makers, both internally and externally<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Self-motivated candidate who can work as an individual contributor and collaboratively with the team<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Beneficial<br /></span></li><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Demonstrated planning and scheduling skills<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Understanding of CRD application architecture and relational database structures.&nbsp;
