orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; widows: 2\"><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">An effective Front-end Architect establishes a technical vision with the development team and works with developers to turn it into reality<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Implement and enforce engineering best practices using modern standards and patterns<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Review unit test plans, tests, and code coverage to ensure high quality delivery<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Implement engineering excellence by enforcing regular code reviews, continuous integration, high test code coverage, on-going code refactoring and adequate documentation<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Good experience working closely with design teams and exposure to design tools like zeplin,invisions<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Be involved in the conceptual phase of projects<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Come up with innovative technology focused ideas<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Involvement with internal and external community initiatives.<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Lead on team driven development approach<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Provide thought leadership to the team around new approaches and workflows and technologies<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Provide thought leadership to the business around innovative technology lead solutions<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Management of project lifecycles from business development to final delivery<br /></li></ul><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\"><b>Job Requirements:</b><br /></p><ul style=\"margin-top: 0px; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; widows: 2\"><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">8 -12 years of working experience working with front-end web development<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">At least 5+ Years of extensive experience with modern javascript frameworks like react js, angular js and / or vue js<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Architect and develop a scalable and maintainable website from scratch<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Expert knowledge of JavaScript and ES6; HTML5/CSS3 with the expertise to fuse these with modern web development practices<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Highly proficient with CSS pre-processors such as Less/Sass/Scss, Flexbox<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Proven experience in troubleshooting, investigated and solved UI performance issues<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable Modules and Components<br /></li><li style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"align-justify\">Mastery of npm, JS library structure, JS library packaging, &amp;
