This role will enable you to lead a world class team to build and deliver enterprise scale products. You will be working across functional and technology domains and will be able to contribute widely without worrying about conventional job silos. <br /></div><div class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">​<br /></div><div class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br /></div><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Define and evolve the product roadmap and its alignment with the company strategy, represent it in front of prospective customers and investors<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Champion outcomes tied to real customer value; Prioritize and execute features that accelerate end user onboarding process/increase funnel conversion/generate product traction<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Drive the technical strategy and architectural vision for the product together with the sales, data science and client engagement teams<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Own and innovate product&#39;s architecture, design, scalability, reliability, performance, and technical support.<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Hire and Mentor technology talent and ensure alignment of the individuals to the company wide vision and strategy<br /></span></li></ul><div class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Desired Profile:</b><br /></div><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>12+ years of experience of working in product based fintech organizations<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Prior experience of building highly scalable platforms<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Prior experience of leading large teams<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Bachelors/Masters degree in technology from tier-1 institute<br /></span></li></ul></span><br />","isHybridJob":true,"isRemoteJob":false,"noOfOpenings":1,"maxExperience":"15","minExperience":"12","isOnPremiseJob":false,"onBehalfOfName":"Scienaptic","otherlocations":[],"zohoCurrencyIn":"USD","experienceLevel":"Mid / Senior","zohoNoOfOpenings":{"noOfOpenings":1,"fulfillmentIds":["557706000012088003-1"]},"otherJobReference":null,"sharpenedJobTitle":"VP - Product and Engineering","job_category_group":3,"portalLocationDisplay":"Bangalore KA","expertise_coreskill_or_product":["Other"],"job_id":"2374"}
